Kebab Kitchen was born in 2024 on the bustling Market Street in Manchester, where we fired up our grill to share Hong Kong-style kebabs with a twist. Infused with bold Chinese, Japanese, and Thai flavors, our halal and veggie-friendly creations quickly won hearts. Every stall setup was a family affair, with our 9-month-old daughter joining us, charming customers with her giggles as we served sizzling skewers. Thanks to growing love from our community, we’re on a mission to bring more affordable, mouthwatering kebabs to everyone, crafted fresh and bursting with flavor.
